  • AI Insights Initiative : Led design and contributed to product strategy for a new AI-powered insights system that helps customers understand, trust, and optimize automated support. Delivered core components including AI-powered topics, new AI metric Customer Experience (CX) score, and query taxonomies - establishing a scalable framework for Fin performance monitoring.
  • CSAT Orchestration Redesign: Owned the end-to-end redesign of fragmented CSAT reporting without a dedicated PM. Unified measurement across human, AI, and bot channels, improving reliability and laying the foundation for AI-generated satisfaction metrics.
  • Zendesk Migration Tools (Compete Initiative): Designed data migration workflows to support customer transitions from Zendesk to Intercom, contributing to increased customer acquisition and retention.
